Allison James Estates & Homes Elite was founded by Marc Carpenter, a nationally-recognized industry leader who is an advisor to many Fortune 500 companies and who has been featured on ABC’s Nightline and in the Wall Street Journal. However, Marc is most acclaimed for his incredible sales statistics. From 2011 to 2012, he closed 50 percent more listings than the seond-ranked agent in his market (out of 8,000 agents) and sold more listings by himself than all 3,300 offices in San Diego County combined, one of the most competitive markets in the world.

Ed has been a real estate broker in California for more than 10 years after a successful career as a top performing agent. During that time, he specialized in REO sales and managing agents in multiple offices while driving more than 40 million in sales. He is a high-energy sales leader who is passionate about coaching, teaching, teamwork, and delivering agents to outstanding results.

Thomas has trained and mentored real estate agents for more than 10 years while garnering awards for consistent sales volume. He has also been recognized as Associate of the Year for his professionalism, real estate acumen, and desire to help other realtors improve their business through best practices, coaching, and principled guidance.

Sheila has been AJ Elite’s Director of Marketing since February 2013. Prior to joining AJE, she was the National Communications Director for the Five Star FORCE and was a member of the marketing department for the Five Star Conference, DS News, and the M Report. Sheila is committed to and passionate about providing unparalleled marketing and branding for all AJE agents and brokers, and has a proven track record of success in helping agents double, triple, and even quadruple their business.

Genevieve joined AJ Elite in April of 2014. Prior to joining, she worked for Lender Processing Services, a National REO Disposition Asset Management company. During her time with LPS, Genevieve held the position of Assistant Vice President of Business Unit Compliance. This role was charged with identifying and implementing procedural enhancements and improvements which frequently resulted in system implementations. She was highly successful in her role and enjoyed seeing the back end efforts improve the end users’ experience. She is excited to bring her experience to Allison James and looks forward to ensuring our CRM experience remains unparalleled.

A San Diego native, Theresa has worked with Marc Carpenter for more than 9 years, and has been in real estate for 20 years. In her spare time, Theresa is a mother of two and a crazy Chargers fan.
